Can you recommend a hotel near Covent Gardens, particularly near the Opera House?

I’m making my singing debut.

Seriously, I have to put up some business associates, and I’d like something cheap, yet inexpensive.

And I will need 4-5 rooms, for about 3-4 days.

I stayed at the Kingsway Hall Hotel a couple of years back when I needed an overnight in town. V.comfortable and reasonably priced if you surf for offers. It’s a few minutes walk from Covent Garden.

Go on Google Earth and enable all layers and every hotel and guest house will appear plus booking forms etc

Your best bet is the Strand Palace Hotel. 3 minutes walk to Covent Garden. It’s a 3 star but absolutely massive so you’ll usually always get a room there. It’s got a 24 hour lobby, coke machines in the hall, lifts, a couple of bars and a restaurant. http://www.tripadvisor.com for more info.
